We discovered Kiama & Loves Bay in 1999. Over the years we renovated the property & opened “360 on the Bay” holiday home in 2005 due to the almost 360-degree view from the headland.
By 2015 we were ready for a permanent “sea-change” but it was a difficult decision to continue with more renovations or take the plunge to totally demolish & rebuild.
Of course, that is now history & the hard work is behind us with our completely rebuilt home which includes the luxury Coastal Indulgence 360 guest apartment.
We hope that you will enjoy your stay at Coastal Indulgence 360 in beautiful Kiama as much as we enjoy living here.
The Coastal Indulgence 360 guest apartment is located on the western side of the property. Guests have a private entry to the apartment however, guests do not have access to the main house.
The guest apartment can only accommodate 3 persons & is not suitable for children under 12 years unless by prior arrangement.
Pets are NOT permitted except by prior arrangement. Please contact Coastal Indulgence 360 Property Manager prior to your visit if you wish your pet to visit too.
Although we offer exclusive use of the pool area to our in-house guests during their stay, both the main residence and the guest apartment overlook the pool area. We may periodically need to access the area to attend to cleaning or maintenance of the pool, but will at all times attempt to maximise guest privacy.
Additionally, the boundary fence is only 1.2m (4 feet) along the ocean side of the property to maximise the view from both the apartment and the pool. This means the pool is visible by adults walking along the Coastal Track close to our fence.
Yes, you may have a couple of friends visit during the day, however, only guests on the Booking Profile are permitted to stay after dark. Please let the Coastal Indulgence 360 Property Manager know in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: Strictly no parties & kindly respect the amenity of our neighbours especially between 10 pm – 7 am.
The guest apartment only has light cooking facilities – Microwave, Benchtop Oven, Sandwich Press, Toaster, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Kettle plus a Webber BBQ on the balcony.
Check-In time is 2 pm
Check-Out strictly 10 am or earlier due to back-to-back reservations & time required for COVID safe cleaning.

Coastal Indulgence 360 complies with all NSW Health Requirements, in particular from a guest perspective:
- Guest apartment check-in and check-out procedures with no person-to-person contact
- COVID Safe business – guests can register their stay with us using the NSW Government QR Code, via the Service NSW app on their mobile device
- High-touch surfaces such as benchtops, light switches, handles, and taps are cleaned with disinfectant with 70% alcohol or higher
- All bedding and towels are washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC
